Site Visit Training:  Module 1  Process Overview for Team Members

This is your source for online Site Visit learning modules available to Examiners. If you have difficulty accessing or navigating these courses please call the Examiner and Staff Development Team at 301-975-4077.

Navigation
There are several important tips for navigating these online courses.

  • The pages do not advance automatically. To advance to the next page, click the advance button in the lower center portion of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
  • Hit the forward or back arrows.
  • You can navigate to any page you wish by using the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
  • You can view notes either by clicking the NOTES button on the bottom right portion of the navigation bar, or by clicking the NOTES tab in the left navigation pane.
  • You can select outline or thumbnail view, or search for words in the content by clicking on the appropriate tab in the left navigation pane.
  • There are several pages where you may notice the click here buttons that take you to additional content. When you select the RETURN button, you will go back to the previous page.
