Prework
This section contains the Microsoft Word versions of the Prework Scorebook, Instructions, and Tools, which have been tailored for Examiner training.

Independent Review
This section contains the Microsoft Word versions of the scorebook, Step-by-Step Instructions for independent review, and a Toolkit, which all have been tailored for the independent review process.

Consensus
Despite our efforts to manage track changes in a proactive manner this year, the automatic features in MS Word 2003 and more recent versions make it impossible for us to eliminate the problem from this end.

Therefore, please refer to the instructions on turning off track changes. These instructions address most users and contain two sections: one for those who have started their work, and one for those who have not started their work. Please scan these instructions before you take action to ensure you use the ones that are most appropriate for you. Although the screen shots in the instructions were taken from Word 2002, the screens for the XP and 2003 versions are similar.

Unfortunately this will not be a one-time fix; rather an ongoing effort to manage the problem. An annoyance during this stage could become a larger problem during virtual consensus, therefore we hope everyone will follow these steps diligently to minimize the problem.
