Each year the Award Program recruits the best in the business/nonprofit, education, and health care fields to serve as members of the board. There are six Award eligibility categories: manufacturing, service, small business, nonprofit, health care, and education. Category coverage and balance are important factors in selecting board members.

If you are interested in applying for the 2010 Board of Examiners, please check back in November 2009 for the 2010 Examiner Application.

Notice for 2009 Board of Examiner applicants:

Notification letters will be sent via overnight mail or electronically on March 25, 2009. If you are selected, you will fax back a form designating your preferences for training dates from among the following choices.

Examiner Preparation Courses
3-Day Sessions for All Examiners

April 29-May 1
May 6-8
May 13-15
May 20-22

Senior Preparation, New Examiner Orientation Courses
4-Day Sessions for Senior and New Examiners

April 28-May 1
May 5-8
May 12-15
May 19-22

Dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
